Enjoy a hike or bike ride on one of the many nearby trails and be sure to visit the Frisco Marina while you are here. Forget your car and walk across the street to the free shuttle bound for Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Dillon or Silverthorne, all just minutes away. A soothing hot tub, or sauna and hot beverage await your return after a day of skiing, shopping or sightseeing.

Policies
Deposits: 50% deposit required at the time of booking on multi-night stays or entire amount on one night stays.
Cancellations: Summer/Fall Seasons: Full refund less $25 cancellation fee if cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. Winter Season: Full refund less $25 cancellation fee if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. Holiday Season: Full refund, less $50 if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival. If within 30 days, deposits are non-refundable.

Rates are based on double occupancy (or 4 in the family suite) and do not include tax. Add $25 per day for each additional person (includes breakfast). Rollaway beds are given on a first come, first serve basis. Additional breakfasts can be purchased starting at $10 each. While there is no strict 2-night minimum, one night stays on weekends or over holidays will be charged an additional $25 service fee. Although we are pet lovers, we do not allow your furry friends to stay at our Inn.
